“Allison made the best moist chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting for my husbands birthday cake. Everyone LOVED it. It was so good our son, who always requests a white cake, said he wanted this same cake for his birthday.....which was also spectacular tasting. We’ve also had Allison’s home made marshmallows that we took with us on a ski trip for our hot chocolate. Once you’ve had these you can’t go back to the grocery store kind....even excellent sans the hot chocolate 😋.”

“There are cakes and then there are Allison’s cakes. I tasked her with creating an American flag birthday cake for family visiting from the UK. She suggested the most wonderfully creative idea (and something I’d never have thought of!) - I only hope my photos can do the finished piece justice. If not, please take note of our gleeful smiles! It was the most brilliant surprise when the cake was cut to reveal ‘flag slices’ - to say nothing of the collective murmurs of appreciation when we took our first bites. We were all rendered a little speechless - dreamy buttercream layered on whisper-light real fruit-infused sponge (strawberries for the red, blueberries for the blue!) will do that to even the wildest crowd. “We couldn’t decide on a flavor for my daughter’s COVID19 12 person wedding, so we settled on 3 cakes. They were 1) Whipped cream outer and filling with almond cake 2) Whipped cream outer, vanilla cake & chocolate custard filling & 3) Marble cake with Nutella buttercream filling and outer. They were all delicious, but the one that stood out was the whipped cream and almond cake! I was surprised to see it completely gone the next morning!
